Dress accordingly.<br />Meanwhile, the dryness in the air continues for much of the country. Seoul has been under a dry weather warning for nearly a week... and it's very likely alerts could be upgraded to a warning in other parts of the country as well.<br />Taking a closer look at today's highs. Temperatures will skyrocket to 21 and 19 degrees in Gyeongju and Chuncheon from freezing lows. Jeju, however, will be a couple notches cooler than the seasonal average,... topping out at 14 degrees.<br />The weather looks promising for most regions this week.
